Welcome to RollinToHome. By using rollintohome.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them, they protect both of us and explain how things work.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the RollinToHome website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns Policy. If you don’t agree with any part, please don’t use our site.

2. About us

3. Ordering & pricing

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices shown.
• An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email, not when payment is taken.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, out of stock).
• All prices include applicable taxes for EU buyers. Buyers outside the EU may be charged import duties on delivery (see Shipping Policy).
• While we try to keep prices accurate, pricing or product errors may occur. If we discover one after you order, we’ll cancel and refund, we won’t charge you a higher price than shown.

4. Custom orders

Custom orders (special sizes, custom designs, photo-based pieces) follow this process:

1. You share your idea, photo or measurements with us
2. If you’d like, we send a digital mockup for your approval
3. You approve the order (and the mockup, if you asked for one), at this point, production begins
4. We can no longer cancel or modify the order once production has begun

Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved mockup.

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping times, costs, and responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier, we’ll always help investigate lost or delayed packages but can’t be held responsible for carrier-side issues beyond our control.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy. Briefly: standard items can be returned within 14 days; custom orders cannot be returned except in the case of defect or misdelivery.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activity that happens under your account
• Telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, that we believe are fraudulent, or that abuse our team or other users.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on rollintohome.com, designs, photographs, illustrations, written content, code, the RollinToHome name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may:

• Browse, save, and share product pages for personal, non-commercial use
• Use product images on your own social media if you tag us

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or republish our designs, photos or written content for commercial purposes
• Use our brand name, logos or designs in your own products or marketing
• Scrape the site, or use it for any automated data collection

9. Content you submit

When you send us a photo for a custom order, a review, or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to fulfil your order and (with your permission) to share it on our marketing channels.

You confirm that:

• You own the rights to anything you send us, or have permission to use it
• Your content doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy
• Your content isn’t unlawful, defamatory or obscene

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use our site to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Defraud, harass, or harm anyone
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with the site’s security or functionality
• Scrape, crawl or mass-download content
• Impersonate any person or entity

11. Disclaimer & warranty

We stand by the quality of every piece we make. Each item is handmade, which means small variations in colour, weave or stitching are part of the character, not defects.

Beyond what’s required by law (including any non-excludable consumer rights in your country), the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollinToHome will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under your local law (such as EU consumer protection rules or UK consumer rights).

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Warsaw, Poland. If you are a consumer in the EU, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through the consumer protection body in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll always change the “Last updated” date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll notify you by email or a clear notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
