These shower curtains are beautiful and fit wonderfully in my shower. I however unpacked them only in January and realised they were unfortunately too short so I ordered a longer one from the same shop. Apart from my own Faux pas, I must say the quality is excellent and the customer service (thank you, Natalia) is my top notch! Very satisfied.

The quality was excellent. My issue was the color of the noren. It was so drastically different from the website product image, it could not be considered "in the realm" of the blue color family. The color variation was not due to lighting or computer monitor graphics capability, it was a completely different color. The noren arrived as a slate gray colored background with light gray design. Return shipping from the US to Poland via 1st class mail was $33. Almost half the cost of the item. If you don't have an existing Fedex business account, return shipping from the US is very expensive. Natalia was extremely helpful and friendly and very responsive. She also offered a nominal discount if I would keep the curtain, but I really had no use for something with this particular color scheme.

This is just awesome! Also the fact that since my picture was NSFW, Natalia, her sister and her team decided to do it. Some other shops simply outright refused, but Natalia and her team did an amazing job. Its so good that, in fact, im already designing my next one. For others that read this review. To make sure the curtain is as that you designed it yourself, make sure its of high quality, for example 5200x7800 pixels, 300 dpi, and preferably prophoto color space. This nets out the best results. And for you, Natalia. Thanks so much for your awesome work. Quality is top notch, shipping was fast. And chatting with you meanwhile was fun! Keep this up!
