Item was as described, very well crafted and it fits very well with our bathroom! I made a mistake in the measurement and Alex was more than willing to update the order ! Customer service was very good - just a little bit delayed replies. Delivery had a small issue because my phone number and email were not provided so I never received the delivery information which was dealt with after Alex provided to me the tracking number and I could get the delivery information from DAO. Overall good experience and I would recommend it.
