The customer service is great, Natalia was the sweetest. I loved the color. My only concern was the printing being done backwards. On the mock-up, it showed exactly how I wanted it to look on the final product, but upon arrival it was nothing as I was expecting. Also the length, I had asked for a custom length because the one Natalia had provided me, I measured myself and found it would be a little longer nothing too crazy. Upon arrival, the stole was way too short for me so I’m not sure what happened with the measurements I had requested. Definitely a bit sad given this was a really big day for me, and by the time it arrived I didn’t have time to send it back for a new one.
