The questions we’re asked most.
How long will it take to arrive?
Every piece is made for you in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped with tracking. Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days, usually at the quicker end. Each product page shows the dates for your country.
Can you make my curtain in a custom size?
Yes, on every design. One side can be up to 200 cm and the other as long as you need. The price is worked out from the fabric, never below €25.92.
Can you print my own photo?
Yes. Order a personalised piece and upload your photo, or send it to us here or on WhatsApp first if you'd like advice on the image.
How much is shipping?
For one item: €9.99 to France, the Netherlands, Denmark and the United States, €7.99 to every other country.
Can I return it?
Standard sizes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom sizes and pieces with your own photo are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or not as agreed.
